		<description><![CDATA[I was amused to see Zaleznik comparing the angels of creativity to a gap in conscience.  It&#039;s almost a compliment.

&lt;i&gt;I come from a long line of inventors.  This is in my blood.  We are improvisors and will continue to be.  Now I find there is a great suspicion and fear of inventors and the first attack is always based on the fact that they are crazy--and maybe they are.  One is always crazy.
